Courses & Training

Workshops and courses designed for people who run toward danger. Current offerings include resilience training, suicide intervention skills, and practical mental health education for police, fire, paramedic, military, and healthcare teams. Sessions are grounded in lived experience and current evidence, with a focus on skills you can actually use on shift and at home.

Peer Support

Confidential 1:1 support for trauma‑exposed professionals and their families. Sessions focus on making sense of the job, understanding stress and trauma responses, and building tools to move through what you’ve seen and carried.

Consultation

Guidance for leaders and peer teams who want to build healthier, more trauma‑informed organizations. Support can include peer support program development, policy and procedure review, training plans, and case‑by‑case consultation after critical events. The goal is practical, culturally aware advice that fits the realities of your service, not generic corporate language.
